We ship primarily via Canada Post. Large or heavier orders may ship via other carriers.

All items ship from Ottawa, Ontario. Shipping times depend on destination within Canada and may take up to two weeks, depending on shipping destination and time of year.

At this time, we only ship to addresses within Canada.

Most of our stationery items ship using our "Standard Shipping - Untracked" options. Cost for untracked shipping varies with total order weight, and runs between $4.99 and $8.99.

For anything over 450g in weight, we use Tracked Shipping as the more cost-effective method. This tier is a flate rate of $18.99 and you can stuff as much into the box as will fit, up to 5kg. We use the Canada Post "extra small" shipping boxes for this tier, and they are 8 7/8" x 6 1/8" x 3" (22.5cm x 15.5cm x 7.62 cm) in size, so you can cram a lot of stuff in them.

PLEASE NOTE: All jewellery and gift item items will ship via Tracked Shipping, regardless of order weight.

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, as long as the item is unused and in good condition in its original packaging. Please see our full Refund Policy for details and exclusions, and please note that return shipping and packaging costs are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Yes! All stationery items are designed right here in Ottawa, Canada, using a beat up old copy of Affinity Suite software purchased before they sold to Canva. They are then printed by small to mid-sized printing companies in Alberta and/or Ontario, so your purchase supports more than one Canadian business!

Stationery designs may incorporate commercial-licensed clipart purchased from other tiny businesses in Canada and elsewhere.
